There’s nothing I love more than a royal wedding! The guests, the arrival, the bride. the people! Meghan Markle & Prince Harry’s royal wedding at St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle yesterday was simply magical — we officially have ourselves an American Princess! #dreamsdocometrue

I did a poll on Instagram asking you all if you were Team Markle or Team Middleton when it came to the gowns – over 720 people voted for Kate’s dress! The top of Meghan’s dress just did not lay right but regardless, Meghan looked like a true elegant & royal ride. I absolutely loved her extra long veil and can we talk about how cute the page boys were? Two of the boys were sons of Meghan’s good friend Jessica Mulroney & completely stole the show – remember this moment? So cute.

And we can’t talk about the royal wedding without discussing the flowers!!! In my opinion, the flowers at the west door at St. George’s Chapel easily made the major photo moments from the day. The floral design for both St. George’s Chapel and the reception at Windsor Castle was created by London based florist Philippa Craddock — you can follow her on Instagram here! Meghan’s small bouquet (also designed by Philippa) was made up forget-me-nots (a Princess Diana favorite), sweet peas, lily of the valley, astute, jasmine & astrantia. Prince Harry also pulled a few sprigs of myrtle from the garden to add to Meghan’s small bouquet which is apart of royal tradition dating back to Queen Victoria.

Last but not least, we also have to talk about Philip Treacy — another major behind-the-scenes player who designed all of the fabulous hat wear for guests including those from the Royal Family. A few of my favorites included: The Duchess of Cornwell, Kate Middleton, and Kitty Spencer.

I thought Paris was my favorite place on earth until I visited the French Riviera last August. My boyfriend and I planned a two week trip where we visited Sant Tropez, Antibes, Eze, Monaco, Provence & Paris. It honestly was one of the best trips of my life! What I love most about the South of France is that all of the towns are relatively close so you can easily take an Uber or train to visit the different coastal towns. If you follow me on Instagram, you may know I’m going back to the French Riviera next week!! I am beyond excited to visit some of my favorite places I discovered last year. This trip I’d really love to spend more time exploring the various flea markets & unique shops.
