Not sure what to wear Memorial Day weekend? Don’ttttt you worry – I’ve got you covered! I’m off to Miami (I swear this is my last trip to Florida!) on Thursday for one of my best high school girlfriend’s bachelorette party! I haven’t been to Miami in two years so I’m so excited to return to the infamous South Beach, dine at some of Miami’s best restaurants and hang out at the pool with my girlfriends. Whenever I pack form a warm weather getaway, I  try to pack versatile pieces so I can stick to a carry on suitcase and not have to check my bag. P.s. How cute is this Bric’s suite case? I’ve blogged these white tassel earrings several times this spring & you really can’t beat the $45 dollar price point. Nude heels are a must for Miami. This orange and white stripe cabana towel is a no brainer. With the official kick off to summer right around the corner, it’s time to get our butts into gear, ladies!

Memorial Day will be here before we know it. Although it doesn’t quite actually feel like summer is ever going to get here (it’s currently 46 degrees here in New York) I’ve created a summer shopping guide for you (and myself, of course) to keep us in line when it comes to online or in-store shopping. I’ve rounded up 9 different categories that are a must-have in my opinion: off-the-shoulder tops, Illesteva sunnies, Chuck Taylors (or any white sneakers will do), white jeans – duh, a straw bag, sandals that can take you from day-to-night, a floral dress for any occasion and a colorful one-piece for your next beach getaway.

Shopping for a new season can take a toll on your bank account so I tried to include pieces for every budget. I love creating lists of must-have items for a new season because as I mentioned, it helps keep me (and my bank account) in line.
