I came across this Hillsborough, California home designed by Chloe Warner this week on House Beautiful. I haven’t seen a home tour lately I thought has been worth sharing but this bold beauty is definitely one for the design files. Color infused, Chloe Warner used a mix of vibrant patterns throughout each and every room.
The dinning room has to be one of my favorites. Warner used over 200 yards of pink fabric for the drapes and created a double dinning space that is kid-proof yet perfect for hosting formal dinners and game nights. To help with consistency, Warner also used Stark Antelope carpet throughout the kitchen, dinning room and reading nook off of the kitchen. You can check out the full home tour right this way. Happy Tuesday! Xo. Lauren
I came across this Austin home tour the other day on Lonny and instantly fell in love. Can you blame me?
Houston based stationary designer, Megan Davis, and her husband bought this charming abode on South Congress Avenue in Austin, Texas. I have yet to make it to Austin, Texas but it’s certainly on my to-do list! Full of vibrant prints, unexpected antiques and blue and white stripes elevate this home tour and make it one for the design files.
The couple worked with interior designer Meg Lonergan on their weekend getaway home. As the couple uses this abode as a second home, the couple and Meg Lonegran wanted to create an escape that was clean, crisp and could easily accommodate frequent visitors. Don’t worry, I’ve bookmarked Meg’s portfolio so will definitely be sharing more of her work here on l-n.com! Scroll on down for some serious inspiration. Happy Wednesday, friends! Xo. Lauren
You guys know I am more of a beach house person, however, I came across this sleek Aspen Colorado home tour on Veranda this weekend and had to share! On second thought, I wouldn’t mind exchanging ocean views for snow capped mountains..
I’ve been a fan of Monika Hibbs for quite some time now. What I love most about her blog and style is that she is truly authentic. This girl has seriously mastered how to decorate for the holidays. No matter what the theme, I think one of the main reasons we keep coming back to Monika Hibbs home each and every holiday season is the neutral color scheme, metallic touches and a hint of whimsey throughout each room. In case you missed it, you can take a peek at Monika’s holiday home tour from last year right here!
Any who, I’m taking in some major inspiration from this holiday home tour for my own apartment this year. As you guys know, this is the first year I’m living a lone and can really go all out for the holidays. I picked up this tree from Home Depot and a few ornaments from Pottery Barn so far. I haven’t had a chance to fully decorate yet so needless to say, this holiday home tour has kicked my butt into gear! I loved how Monika mixed holiday greenery with traditional pieces that doesn’t feel terribly festive but more so, fresh and elegant!
