How To Decorate With White
0

Hello, loves. How was everyone’s weekend? I was back in Cleveland for a short little trip. It was great to catch up with family + friends but I’m ready to be in New York for these next few weekends. On my agenda? Pumpkin picking. West Chester Mall. Greenwich Ave. Elephant’s Trunk Flea Market. + brunch and football viewing parities but mostly lots of brunching.

There’s something about white interiors.. how fresh and simplistic they come across. Whether it be a complete white kitchen, living room or office space, there is something that is effortless and chic when it comes to white interiors.

Today I introduce my white obsession. For whatever reason, I’ve had white dressers ever since I was little so it’s quite hard for me to get sick of the color which means.. I don’t think white is ever boring. I think this rings true over and over. Look at the wedding industry and white wedding dresses. We never get sick of looking at them, right?

Decorating with white can also create a cozy atmosphere. This sheepskin’s chair and ottoman screams cozy.. I think if I sat down in this, I would never get back up. For now, I think I’ll opt for this little guy. Target, loves ya – means it.

Decorating with white also allows for a blank canvas. Whether you prefer to bring color into your home through accessories and other pieces of furniture or complimenting your white room with large white pieces like this hutch (isn’t it dreamy?!), you can truly never go wrong decorating with white.

A few more shout outs: this tray table is a fresh take on a all the gold bar carts that have taken over this blog as of late. This x-bench, Adrienne Landau throw, and darby table lamp all must be mine – wishful thinking? yes.

Have a great start to the week!! Xx. Lauren
