One of my girlfriends, Jill, told me years ago about Marie Kondo and her life changing method of tidying up and how it transformed her life for the better. I’ll never forget she was living with 2 other girlfriends in a tiny New York City apartment where they put up a fake wall. As you could imagine, this was right after we graduated college so living in that small of a space wasn’t out of the ordinary and they ultimately made it work! I swear Jill implementing the Konmari Method within her tiny bedroom made the space appear larger and overall, light and airy.
Now fast forward 6 years later and Marie Kondo’s successful book The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up has taken Netflix audiences by storm and has set off a de-cluttering craze around the world! I can’t stop sharing with friends and family the tips and tricks I’ve learned about how to tidy up with the Konmarie Method.
