Even though we’re gearing up for a huge snow storm this week, spring is right around the corner! That means stocking up on the must-have spring shoes of the season. Today I created a little spring shoe shopping guide – from heels to slides to espadrilles, I’ve got you covered.  I always try to stock up on at least one new pair in each of the categories I listed below every spring / summer.

I’ve had my eye on these Marc Fisher Espadrilles for a while now and I think it’s about time I pull the trigger. I’m already on pair 2 of these slip on converse sneakers – they are seriously so comfortable and only $50 dollars! I have a feeling we are going to see slides and mules all over the place this spring. These Sam Edelman slides remind me of the Gucci Slides. I also loved these tassle slides from last summer. February Wish List

 My February Wish List is here! In case you missed it, you can take a peek at my January wish list right here. I always love doing wish list because I include products that are more wardrobe staples vs. trendy items from Zara or Asos. I have a running “wish list” in my notes app on my phone – it’s a great way for me to prioritize items that I need vs. want and I always try to move items that I will wear for years to come to the top of the list.

If there’s one trend I’m loving this winter it’s velvet! Although one fun fact about me, I actually hate the texture of velvet. Growing up I was a competitive gymnast so I lived in velvet leotards for over 12 years. To this day I can’t really touch the soft fabric but I’m really starting to love the way it looks! I actually was looking into investing in navy velvet pillows (I love these!) for my couch because I love the way they look but again, I know I wont use them so that’s out. Anywho, today I’ve rounded up over 13 velvet items you can easily add to your winter wardrobe!
