Springtime with Club Monaco

Hi friends! How was everyone’s Easter? I was back home in Cleveland for a long weekend. The weather was in the 80’s all weekend which has me so excited (for realz) about spring! Can it just be warm all the time now, please?!

Anywho in case you missed my blog post about spring dresses last week, I’ve been on a serious hunt on finding the perfect pieces to add to spring wardrobe. Club Monaco is one of my favorite retailers when it comes to adding classic staples to my wardrobe. From dresses to jumpsuits to shoes, I pretty much love everything at Club Monaco – don’t you?

I’ve started to make a wish list of everything I want from CM this spring. I am specifically loving their red pieces. Insert this red and white striped dress and this Sinthea dress! Both would be perfect for work paired with a denim jacket. A few of their eyelet pieces have also caught my “eye!” 😉 How pretty is this blue dress and then the same pattern in a skirt version? A light trench coat is also a must-have for cooler spring days in the city – need this Kenzee trench coat or this pale pink Ellayne trench coat! Last but not least, these tassel shorts are only $98 dollars and would be perfect to dress up for a night out or down at the beach.

Hope everyone had a great Easter weekend! Xo. Lauren

15 Spring Dresses Under $200 Dollars
1

White-Dress

I’ve seriously been on the hunt for spring dresses as of late. With how many weddings and events I have coming up, I want to make sure I’m not repeating too many of the same dresses over and over again! With that, I also want to make sure I’m not spending a ton on these events either. So today I’ve rounded up spring dresses that you can shop all under $200 dollars. Many of these could be worn to bridal showers, rehersal dinners or at a wedding! One of my favorite dresses that I have found so far is this pink number. I love the lace, color and the price point (only $119 dollars!). I’m debating if I pick this up in navy though and wear it as a bridesmaid dress for one of  my girlfriend’s weddings in Vail this summer. If you have a more formal spring wedding to attend this summer, this Lulu’s dress would be perfect. Although I wouldn’t wear this to a wedding, this dress would be perfect for a summer event or dinner party. I love the print and the off the shoulder cut of the dress. Last but not least, I think I’m going to pick up this midi lace dress for a few rehersal dinners I have to attend this summer!

Have you stocked up on any good spring dresses yet? Send them my way! lauren@lauren-nelson.com. Xo! Lauren

J-Crew-New-Arrivals

Happy Friday, ladies! I don’t know about you but I am so ready for the weekend. After my friend’s bachelorette party in Chicago last weekend I need a little R&R this weekend! Tomorrow I’m visiting Bliss to try their Triple Oxygen Facial – so excited. Sunday I’ll be seeing Sunday In The Park With George!

Anywho, today I’m rounding up some of my favorite new arrival’s from J.Crew! I feel like I haven’t actually shopped at J.Crew for quite some time. However, with summer right around the corner there are so many items I want to stock up on! These navy wide linen pants are high on my list. I really want to work on my tennis game this summer and I feel like this white dress will totally help, right? They have so many cute statement earrings right now including these, these and these. Last but not least, so many off-the-shoulder numbers like this blue dress, this green top and this gingham top. Shop my favorite J.Crew New Arrivals below! Xo. Lauren
