#ProjectUpperEastSide is almost complete, you guys!!! After 8 months – I repeat – 8 months of waiting for my coffee table, it at last arrived at the end of July! I’m so excited to share a few sneak peek photos with you guys today.

If you’re just tuning in, I moved to the UES at the end of last year. It has taken way longer than expected to get my apartment fully finished but hey, that’s ok! I always think it’s best to invest in pieces you love rather than rushing to complete a space. Plus spaces are always a work-in-progress in my book!

You know I love a good home tour! I came across Kristen Panitch Interiors and couldn’t help but sharw. Although this home tour is a little different than what I typically share around these parts but some of the rooms are to die for. Can we talk about the gold vanity in the bedroom? The bedroom with the matching headboard, bedding and wallpaper is pretty amazing! And the kitchen is going in my future home and I bet it will be going in yours as well! Enjoy! Xo. Lauren

I went to Boston for this first time this previous October. I was excited to visit as all of my friends have raved about Boston. The small, charming city lived up to everything my friends said it would be with the neighborhood of Beacon Hill being no exception. I loved walking up and down the rolling hills full of historic brownstones. New York, of course, is also full beautiful brownstones in many neighborhoods but for whatever reason, they’re just not as charming as the ones found throughout Beacon Hill.

I came across Nina Farmer’s sophisticated brown stone in Beacon Hill on One King’s Lanes blog this morning and had to share. Nina and her family originally settled on the top floor of this town home, before buying the entire home when the family downstairs eventually moved out. Nina gutted and renovated the entire space, combining rooms to build the kitchen, keeping the historic molds and casings, and reinventing this space to feel fresh and modern. The kitchen, bedroom and closet have to be my favorite rooms in the home. Be sure to check out the entire feature on One Kings Lane and you can shop the post below. Happy Thursday! Xo. Lauren
