Can you believe Memorial Day is right around the corner?!? We’re off to Nantucket for the long holiday weekend and I can not wait to show Josh around the island for his very first time. We have a few dinner reservations lined up but if you have any recommendations on where else to eat for lunch or breakfast, we’d love to hear them!
So far the weather forecast looks like it will be a little chilly but we’re keeping our fingers crossed for sunshine! I most likely will be packing lots of white jeans, sweaters and espadrilles. I recently have been loving everything from the brand Sea – are you familiar with them? You can shop their collection on Shopbop including the white dress & top I included in the collage below! In terms of espadrilles, you can never go wrong with wedges or flats from Soludos or Castaner. Last but not least, I’ll be so mad at myself if I forget my SPF or sunglasses which I tend to do more often than not. Right now I’m loving Chuda’s Sheer Hydrating SPF.
Cyber week is officially here! I’m excited to see what all of the various retails offer over the next few days. In case you’re off from work today or working from home, Shopbop is having a MAJOR sale. What I love most about shopping at Shopbop is that my items always arrive quickly and they make returns super easy. Seriously, there’s nothing more I hate than online shopping then having to make a return but can only do so by going online to “start a return” and print out the shipping label. I know it sounds easy but when you’re busy at work, it’s easy to forget. Any who, I’ve rounded up everything I’ll be shopping today!
Vacation Style
My boyfriend and I are headed to the Caribbean next week so I’ve actually been shopping vacation pieces these last few weeks! What’s awesome about going on vacation his time of year is that EVERYTHING is on sale. I picked up some really cute pieces from the brand Kos Resort. I bought this Kos Resort Printed One Shoulder dress and it is sooooo cute on! I know it’s scary to buy final sale but if you’re a small to medium, I would recommend a small! Other vacation style pieces I’ve been browsing include — white dresses (love this one, this Eberjay Siena Ella Dress and this cupcakes and cashmere one), white sneakers, statement earrings, and Solid & Striped swimwear. Now is seriously one of the best times to shop designer swimwear!
After we get back from the Carribbean, we have multiple groups of friends visiting New York for holiday festivities and too many holiday parties to count so I’ve also been shopping holiday pieces I can wear over the next three weeks! From fur coats to black lace tops to sequined dresses, there are so many great holiday pieces to shop right now during this sale. Adrienne Landau has some great options when it comes to fur and faux fur coats. Baublebar has some fab statement earrings you can wear all winter long. Speaking of skincare, I scheduled a facial at Great Jones Spa this week and the aesthetician sold me on the Trinity NuFace, a facial toning device. Have you guys heard of this thing? Am I late to the game? You can pick up the Trinity or the Mini on Nordstrom. I will be doing a whole other blog post on here but let’s just say I used it once and am already obsessed! – Nordstrom
